[CAUSEWAY-2400] Allow sections within menubars.layout.xml to have a name ... then appear in the menu

Description

If you run the demo app you can see that some of the menus (eg for types) are quite large, split into multiple sections.

It would be nice to provide a name/title for each of the sections; eg:

<mb3:primary>
    <mb3:menu>
        <mb3:named>Data Types</mb3:named>
        <mb3:section>
            <mb3:named>Primitives</mb3:named>  <--- THIS IS NEW
            <mb3:serviceAction objectType="demo.PrimitiveTypesMenu" id="bytes"/>
            <mb3:serviceAction objectType="demo.PrimitiveTypesMenu" id="shorts"/>
