[CAUSEWAY-1011] Select2 component doesn't filter the suggestions

Description

In Security module when trying to add a new package to a role if I type "org" the suggestions are not filtered.
Additionally if I press ENTER with typed 'org' in the text field it still selects 'com' (because it is the first suggestion).
