[IOTDB-710] Error message is not intuitive while inserting when the load is too heavy

Description

While inserting when the load is too heavy, the insert operation is denied and the auto created mnode should also be deleted too. However, the deletion failed because it can not get the write lock of the node.

In the client, you will get the deletion failed exception instead of load too heavy exception which is not intuitive
