Description

1. wal file name change from _{version}.wal to _{version}-{startIndex}.wal
2. provide two node allocation strategy, standalone mode uses RoundRobinStrategy, cluste mode uses FirstCreateStrategy
3. search log by index
4. blocking/non-blocking iterator
