[IOTDB-2180] Incorrect order of show latest timeseries in cluster

Description

By replaying IoTDBSortedShowTimeseriesIT.showTimeseriesOrderByHeatWithLimitTest

The result is in alphabet order, not last timestamp one.

The main reason is that the ShowTimeSeriesHandler doesn't sort timeseries in lastest timestamp and ShowTimeseriesResult should support serializing lastTimestamp.
