Description

1. Description
   If the IoTDB is shut down when compacting. If we change the data directory, and rerun IoTDB, there will be an abnormal increase in data.
2. Cause
   The compaction log (cross-space compaction and in-space compaction) record the absolute path of source file and target file, if the data diretory is changed, the recover of compaction cannot find the target file and source files.
