CopyUtils deprecation message gives wrong version

    Description

      Class CopyUtils.java has a comment that says:

      @deprecated Use IOUtils. Will be removed in 2.0.

      It was not removed in 2.0.  Either it should be removed now, or "2.0" should be changed to a future release.
