Description

• Why don't you use the out-member of the java.io.FilterOutputStream class?
• perhaps a getProxy() and setProxy() would be nice to leave the reference to
  the ProxyOutputStream constant but change the underlying output stream -
  currently with the private proxy-member this is not possible
