      Description

      Please bootstrap the new Tamaya podling

        Hey [~johndament], have you started any of the steps for this yet other than the podlings.xml?

        1. have you requested the mailing lists? if not that fine I can do it
        2. jira, depends on #1
        3. git, depends on #1 and no grant on file yet, import depends on this or just blank repo?

        No, I haven't requested mailing lists since it says only members can. You can consider this an informal request, maybe [~dblevins] can confirm?

        For the git repo, I believe they want to start with an empty repo.

        Website, we'll circle back on. We'll probably push via site plugin to CMS.

        Haven't followed what the latest trend on lists are for incubator projects. For a while there creating just a dev@ and commits@ was a favored trend, avoiding creating the users@ list too early as to encourage all talking of any sort on dev@.

        Big +1 if that is still the trend (or ever was -- I really can't keep track)
