[INFRA-7104] Contributors report broke after JIRA upgrade

Description

We rely on the "Contributors" report in JIRA. This report lists all the people who have contributed (opened a JIRA ticket) to the project.

After the upgrade, the report doesn't work anymore. The page now throws null pointer exception - https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ConfigureReport.jspa?atl_token=888af46eb9686dcb98b6e5c7489395dfb195f02c&versionId=-1&issueStatus=closed&selectedProjectId=12311030&reportKey=com.sourcelabs.jira.plugin.report.contributions%3Acontributionreport&Next=Next

It looks like the problem might be missing "com.sourcelabs.jira.plugin.report.contributions" plugin.

If that is indeed the case, can someone please add this plugin back?
