      Description

The "Etch" project would like to migrate to the new way of distributing releases.

      Destination folder: /dist/etch
      Commit emails: commits@etch.a.o

FYI: There is no folder "etch" in the dist area as we just graduated.

      Thanks!

Please commit your latest/last release to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/etch and let me know here so I can complete the bootstrap process.

Note you can commit RCs to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/etch and then 'svn mv' it from there to release once passed. (You may commit direct to release to complete this issue)

Any progress on that? Is there anything I can still do? Thanks!
