Description

We'd like to update the SVN location of JSPWiki's CMS site, from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jspwiki/site/trunk to https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jspwiki/trunk/jspwiki-site/src/site/trunk

Having this done, also with INFRA-5943, will allow us to have a changelog page similar to the Jenkins one
