Support use of PlantUML Confluence plugin

      Description

      I'm a huge fan of PlantUML for communicating design.
      It would be very useful to be able to do this directly in the Confluence wiki as opposed to exporting/uploading/attaching exported images. There is a PlantUML Confluence plugin for this.

      Note that they have an ASL version of the base JAR but I'm not sure about the Confluence plugin.

      Note that for some of the diagram types to work GraphViz needs to be installed but sequence diagrams in particular work without it.
