Enable wiki markup in Log4j2 project text fields. Right now, we can only do plain text, so cannot use markup like {code:java}.

The formatting is worth it IMO.

Note that enabling markup may cause some existing issues to display incorrectly if they happen to use markup as part of the text.

It's fairly easy to accidentally use markup - I have had to correct quite a few Commons issues that displayed fine in the mailed copy but were tricky/impossible to read in JIRA.
Also by default only the original author can fix comments (the description is usually editable by project admins). Further, as far as I can tell it's not possible to easily view the raw text (except by starting to edit it).

I'm not saying don't use Wiki markup, but it's not without its drawbacks.
