          Can you please activate sync for https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/{dev,release,test}/oltu/?
          Please note that the content has been added.

            sorry for the late reply [~ipv6guru], I am in a different timezone :)

            I meant that `oltu` directories have to be created, no one in the Oltu PMC has enough karma to create them.

            https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/oltu has been created.
            Please place a KEYS file or latest release there so I can continue with the setup.

            KEYS file imported in r1817 :)

            I don't think we are importing old releases since the project had to be renamed in order to get the graduation, so having `amber` in `oltu` distribution area would be a little confusing.

            So sorry but I just realised that distribution directories have been created under /incubator, while Oltu is a TLP, see https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/{dev,release,test/incubator/oltu/

            Would it be possible to move them?
