      Description

Going by your 'what we need to know', to go to svnpubsub, our SVN URL would be http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hbase/trunk/hbase.apache.org/

HBase uses maven to generate its site so I suppose we could do http://www.apache.org/dev/cmsadoption#maven I could just make the changes now? Only issue I see is that we generate our documentation with docbook. Is this where we'd use svnpubsub? I could change stuff so we generate into the site dir.

      Thanks for the help.

<pctony> This is now complete, the hbase live site is now driven using pubsub. Enjoy.

[~pctony] Yes. pubsub, and NOT CMS. Yes, the SVN URL is still correct (I just updated it). Thanks Tony.

        So,

Are you saying that you want to stick with pubsub, and *not* use the CMS?
If so, please confirm and make sure the URL you give us is populated and we can make the change happen ASAP.

Here is updated SVN URL: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hbase/hbase.apache.org/trunk

Looking at moving over a maven project, which hbase is, studying the samples provided, as I understand it, it looks like it would require a bunch of messing to our current site generation which we would rather not take on.

        Thanks.

I made the changes described here http://www.apache.org/dev/cmsadoption#maven if that helps. Not sure how our site would be picked up and published going the maven route but if it meant we did not have to check in our site, that'd be preferred. Thanks.
