Description
This seems to be a repeat of INFRA-4654.
I work for a large organisation. We're having intermittent problems connecting to svn.apache.org. We think that this is because the IP address of one of our proxies has been blocked by you. Presumably, this is because someone at my organisation was spamming svn.apache.org at some point.
I can provide the IP address via email.
* Please can you confirm whether you have indeed blocked us.
* Also, can you unblock us?
* Finally, are there any details you can give us that would allow us to track down the culprits? We employ many thousands of developers so this might be quite hard.
