      Description

Hi Guys: can someone enable the wiki markup on SIS JIRA? I don't know if I have perms to (I looked in the admin panel for about 10 minutes but couldn't find it). If I have perms, happy to know how I can do it myself. Thanks.

Both changes have now been done.

Note that the only 'Wiki Enabled Screen Scheme' that use has 3 fields enabled for wiki markup, 'Comment', 'Description' and 'Environment'

Hey Gav, thanks for the help. Sure, +1 to change it to the Apache Default Issue Type!

I can do this later on, quick question first, mind if I change your Issue Types from 'Default Issue Types' to 'Apache Default Issue Types' ? - this will remove unwanted issue types and align it with the rest of the projects, also makes the field configurations for those issue types more inline with the 'Wiki Enabled Screen Scheme' that we will switch to.

Hey Guys, thanks. I don't have the "Use a different scheme option" in my admin panel, but I thought this was the right place to be too. I just didn't have any actions available so I thought it might be on a different screen in JIRA, or that I didn't have the karma to do so.

It will also likely need a re-index which a project admin cannot do, and we will not do during busy periods as this will take JIRA offline for the duration.

Anyone with administrator role in the SIS project can do this at https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/SIS/fields

Select the "Use a different scheme" action and from there the "Wiki Enabled Field Config Scheme". Note that switching the field renderer may result in some existing issues being rendered differently than before.

this would be on all fields too btw, but to kick it off, description and comments are the most important ones.
