install svnadmin executable in windauze jenkins node

      The maven scm project need to have svn executable to run some tck unit tests.

        sorry for delay my bad not seeing the update.
        I have reconfigured the build to use that https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/Maven/job/maven-wagon-windows/
        But the windauze node is offline.

        ok, svnadmin is available.

        We'll need to sort out what sort of auth is required for this.
        Give it a go as it is, then come back to me with details of what auth mechanisms you use / can use / need

        gloups my bad in fact svnadmin is needed.
        For integration test we create svn repositories.

        Having checked the windows slave, there is an svn executable already in the path. (version 1.6.6 , Collabnet install)
