Hi Infra,

I'm a PMC member of Apache StreamPark(Incubating). My Apache Id: benjobs (https://people.apache.org/phonebook.html?uid=benjobs), Currently, StreamPark is able to push images to Docker Hub, but we are still encountering the following issues. Could you please assist in resolving them?

1. Unable to edit the README of the repository: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/streampark

2. Unable to delete or modify docker tags


My ID in Docker Hub is streamxhub (https://hub.docker.com/u/streamxhub). Please help me add the necessary permissions.
