Description

I hope to automatically upload the apache/apisix-ingress-controller image to the docker hub through GitHub CI, which can reduce the workload of manual packaging and pushing.

If it is OK, please let me know, and I will apply further-set GitHub secret to store the docker hub account after the apache/apisix-ingress-controller github repository has access to appropriate secrets.
