Description

I have noticed that PRs I raised today have not been triggering Travis builds; for example, this one: https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/12474. On https://app.travis-ci.com/github/apache/druid/requests I see a bunch of these messages, which I am guessing is related:

> Sender gianm is not allowed to trigger build in this organization.

My github id is "gianm" and my apache id is "gian".
