Description

The Apache CXF builds which use Maven Toolchain plugin with multiple JDKs started to fail recently, the error being:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-toolchains-plugin:3.0.0:toolchain (default) on project jdk-cxf-with-toolchain: Misconfigured toolchains. Non-existing JDK home configuration at /home/jenkins/tools/java/latest19
