Hi, Infra team

After we move repository from `hugegraph/hugegraph` to `apache/incubator-hugegraph`, we find some actions of workflow can't run well, and it suspend all PRs.

So please help us to change the permission of settings below (in 5 repository)

1. cancel the required permission with "CLAssistant" & "codecov/project" (attach pic below)
2. install the codecov APP for each repository (otherwise we need a token for it)
3. set the website url to "hugegraph.apache.org" in the homepage (we don't have permission to edit the info)
