Description

The Flink project wants to publish Docker images on DockerHub for one of its sub-projects, Flink Kubernetes Operator (https://github.com/apache/flink-kubernetes-operator).

We would like to start publishing official images to improve the overall user experience, via an {{apache/flink-kubernetes-operator}} Dockerhub repo.

Initial Flink committers to add to the DockerHub repo:
