Fineract
Description
For FINERACT-1513 (for FINERACT-1482 and FINERACT-1164):
What is the ASF's recommended approach to create a "machine / bot" Docker ID which the Apache Fineract project can use to push container images to https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/fineract from a GitHub Action Workflow on https://github.com/apache/fineract?
Can I just go ahead and create one? What would we want its email address to be? Does the ASF have any "process" to share credentials in such cases with INFRA? Or is this up to each project?
Would you add a new Username (ID) to https://hub.docker.com/orgs/apache/teams/fineract, if I made a new one up?
