Please switch the automated build settings for the apache/sling DockerHub repo

    Description

      In the Sling project we would like to change how our DockerHub image is pushed. Originally, it was connected to the https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-starter-docker/ repository. This should change to https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-starter/, with the following rules:
      - build from the {{master}} git branch to {{snapshot}} DockerHub tag
      - build from git tags matching {{org.apache.sling.starter-XX}} to the {{XX}} DockerHub tag. For instance, the {{org.apache.sling.starter-11}} git tag should build a Docker image with the tag {{11}}.
