      Description

We're trying to setup automatic build/publish from Jenkins for our website which lives in the tomee-site-pub.git repo and is currently using master as the branch to publish to https://tomee.apache.org. We need to migrate from using "master" to using "asf-site" to get that to work.

      Here's what we've done:

       - added "asf-site" branch
       - updated .asf.yaml in "asf-site" branch to "publish: whoami: asf-site"
       - updated .asf.yaml in "master" branch to remove "publish: whoami:" completely
       - pushed a test-asf-site.txt file to "asf-site"
       - checked https://tomee.apache.org/test-asf-site.txt

The test-asf-site.txt doesn't seem to publish. We do (did) have a few other branches that had a .asf.yaml with a "publish: whoami: master" directive. I yanked those too and tried another update to test-asf-site.txt in "asf-site" and that didn't seem to help.
