      Description

Most of the pages under apache.org/dev/ are redirected to pages under https://infra.apache.org/

However rather than use server redirects, these are done with javascript.
Most (all?) of the pages also have links the user can click if JS is disabled.

Most users will never see the generated page, so why create it?

It would be more efficient to use .htaccess redirects for those pages which are now served by infra.apache.org.
