Description

Please revert the git repository renames (GitHub and GitBox) for the PMCs that were moved to the Attic.
e.g. rename attic-apex-core back to apex-core

The rename has caused GitBox links to break.
It has also broken some gitwcsub associations.

As a related issue, the repositories need to be flagged as read-only archives in GitBox. This is already the case in GitHub in most cases.
