      Description

Hi. I'm the chair of the new Solr TLP, spun off from Lucene.

We have ordered creation of most of our new mailing lists through Self-serve[1], as part of our work with SOLR-14760 ([~anshum]).

We are still discussing what to do with solr-user@lucene.apache.org list. We'll either move it and let people be auto-subscribed to the new users@solr.apache.org list, or start from scratch and let people re-subscribe.

Today the self-serve requests were deleted by [~cml] due to a misunderstanding[2], so we are now blocked on creating the rest of the lists. Please continue creating the lists we asked for. Then we'll decide on the solr-user list later today.

PS: Please also add "Solr" as a valid project in INFRA jira.
