      Description

      it seems that subscriptions to the list rivet-dev are being ignored or automatically discarded. Two attempts to subscribe were apparently disregarded, the first addressing the request to rivet-dev-subscribe@tcl.apache.org the second to the canonical rivet-dev-subscribe@apache.org
