Hi Infra, I accidentally created an Accumulo branch rel/1.9.3 when I was trying to view our tag of the same name in the GitHub UI. [~ctubbsii] tried deleting the branch with "git push --delete upstream refs/heads/rel/1.9.3" but that failed presumably due to the branch having a protected name.

Could you delete this rel/1.9.3 branch for us (while leaving our rel/1.9.3 release tag intact)?
