[INFRA-20966] CouchDB Git repository maintenance

Howdy,

CouchDB has decided to move from using `master` to `main` as our default branch. It appears that we need to have Infra support to update our GitHub settings for default branches and branch protections. The list of repositories we'd like to have this happen on are:

* couchdb-docker
* couchdb-documentation
* couchdb-erlfdb
* couchdb-escodegen
* couchdb-esprima
* couchdb-ets-lru
* couchdb-fauxton
* couchdb-folsom
* couchdb-glazier
* couchdb-helm
* couchdb-hqueue
* couchdb-hyper
* couchdb-ibrowse
* couchdb-ioq
* couchdb-jaeger-passage
* couchdb-jiffy
* couchdb-khash
* couchdb-local
* couchdb-meck
* couchdb-mochiweb
* couchdb-nano
* couchdb-passage
* couchdb-pkg
* couchdb-rebar
* couchdb-recon
* couchdb-snappy
* couchdb-thrift-protocol

Each of those repositories has a branch named `main` that is a copy of `master` so we just need the default branch and branch protections updated so that GitHub contributors aren't confused.

With the general cleanup there also a few other items as well.

For the couchdb-www repository, we'd like the default branch set to `asf-site`.

These three repositories can be deleted as they were created but never had a single commit pushed:

And lastly, these repositories are no longer used and we'd like to have them archived/marked read-only.
