When a mailing list is renamed, it is vital that mails to the original list are redirected to the new list.
Otherwise people will not be able to reply to emails from the old list.
And services that post to the list will fail (e.g.INFRA-20931).
I see that the necessary .qmail files have been set up, however it looks like the MX records have not been kept.
A message sent to dev-list@dlab was rejected with the message:
DNS Error: 2200481 DNS type 'mx' lookup of dlab.apache.org responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: dlab.apache.org
