Move org/apache/jackrabbit to Nexus

    Description

      Jackrabbit snapshots are already deployed to repository.apache.org (see INFRA-1899), and now we'd like to start deploying releases through it. See http://markmail.org/message/ftcd6os5vq7phnzb for the related thread on dev@jackrabbit.

      As far as I understood, this requires the org/apache/jackrabbit subtree to be moved from m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository to repository.apache.org.
