GitBox HTTPS access seems to be flaky

      Description

      In our build process we download https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=netbeans-jenkins-lib.git;a=blob_plain;f=meta/netbeansrelease.json
       A few days ago about 40% of our Travis CI jobs started to fail as it was not able to retrieve that document from gitbox. The issue seems to be completly random.

      We are switching Travis to use the github mirror. This issue is files as the Apache Team might want to investigate the root cause of the problem.
