Staging maven repo orgapacheqpid-1197 is closed in nexus but not accessible due to not being exposed

      Description

      The staging repo [https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheqpid-1197] was closed in Nexus but it did not transit into closed state. On attempt to access it an error reported:

      Repository "orgapacheqpid-1197 (staging: open)" [id=orgapacheqpid-1197] exists but is not exposed."

      The nexus UI reports repository as being Closed.

      The same issue have been reported for other staging repos as part of INFRA-20334 and INFRA-20343
