Description

I was able to close our staging repo orgapachecamel-1216 as usual before casting a vote, but this time, the staging repo https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachecamel-1216 is not accessible. It returns 404 with the message

> Repository "orgapachecamel-1216 (staging: open)" [id=orgapachecamel-1216] exists but is not exposed.

Symptoms are the same like the recent https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-20334

The error message is also mentioned in this older report: https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-19080

Should we re-try to deploy or the issue can be fixed on the infra side?
