Use output directory for generated website

      Description

      Used to we have been using "content" folder for generated website, but once we switched to using ".asf.yaml" with support of buildbot to build the website, it's required to use Jekyll's defaults folder "output" for the generated website.

      Please replace "content" with "output" in website publish settings.
