      Description

      The following email:

      http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/httpd-dev/200006.mbox/%3C000001bfd33c$c65dd580$3c00a8c0@beast%3E

is not found when converted to lists.a.o:

      http://mailarchive-vm2.apache.org/mod_mbox/httpd-dev/200006.mbox/%3C000001bfd33c$c65dd580$3c00a8c0@beast%3E?listsao

Instead a later email is found:

      http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/httpd-dev/200007.mbox/%3C000001bfd33c$c65dd580$3c00a8c0@beast%3E

This is because the conversion process ignores the month in which the message id appears.

Message-ids (MIDs) are supposed to be unique, but they are not, so the conversion from mod_mbox Permalink to lists.a.o URL needs to take this into account. For example, rather than displaying just a single mail, the user could be presented with a list of emails that match.

Note that duplicate MIDs can also appear in the same mod_mbox file.
Only one will appear in the mod_mbox listing.
It's likely to be the last one, but I have not checked.
If it is the last one, then in theory someone could have recorded the Permalink from the first message, and later someone else could have recorded the Permalink from the next message when that was archived.
In this case I think the only sensible option is to display all the possible matches.
