      Description

      the ezmlmrc template generates two entries for ezmlm-warn:

      |/usr/local/bin/ezmlm-warn '/home/apmail/lists/host.apache.org/list' || exit 0
      |/usr/local/bin/ezmlm-warn -d '/home/apmail/lists/host.apache.org/list' || exit 0

      The second one is added for lists with digests (almost all have them).

      However the default behaviour of ezmlm-warn is to process both lists, so digests are currently processed twice.

      If ezmlm-warn does not like it when the digest is missing, then the first entry should use the -D flag to avoid problems if there is no digest.

      Otherwise the second entry could be dropped.
