Links and issue titles in git PR related emails

As the usage of Git pull requests increases on Lucene/Solr I'm finding it harder and harder to process the emails, especially on my phone. The reason for this is unlike the comments on Jira Issues and patches submitted in Jira, the emails generated by the git system do not include links to the Jira Issue or the issue title. Thus while the github based review infrastructure provides improved discussion of the details of the code I am much less able to know if I even care about the code being discussed. This means I either ignore it, or I have to browse into it, and read to know what it is about or alternately cut and paste the issue number from the email into a browser (which is mildly irritating on pc and takes forever on a phone) So the net effect is that because processing mail from the list already takes many minutes each day I either ignore almost all git emails or I fall behind in my reading of list mail in general.

I don't know how possible it is, but what would be really nice is that for any PR that mentions an issue pattern in it's title or in a comment sent in the email to append a link to the issue and the issue title in the footer: i.e.
Fix an NPE caused by SOLR-1234 and exposed by SOLR-4567
      SOLR-1234 - Optimize something critical
SOLR-4567 - Take advantage of optimizations introduced in SOLR-1234
