The only activity shown for the user 'SpArkx':

has been: a month ago created a nonsense issue https://subversion.apache.org/issue/SVN-4809 and cloned as SVN-4810; today cloned an existing real issue as SVN-4814. I have now deleted those issues and checked that the most recent few issues otherwise are not spam.

I can non longer see those issues since I deleted them; I have a copy in email if you need to see.

I don't have a specific request for what action you might take.
