Dubbo team want to provide official docker image for our project (as discuss in maillist: https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/fc0401604d9b6df565d18685a694957a91e0c395dd526ae9365291db@%3Cdev.dubbo.apache.org%3E)

We asked for one dockerhub repository to host images matching Dubbo official binary as part of Apache official docker repo https://hub.docker.com/u/apache/

The users of DockerHub are going to do the push
- htynkn, represent [e-mail] as project ppmc

Also want to know if it's possible to grant us permission so we can modify auto build rule to generate docker image?
