Access to repository .cache/maven-download-plugin fails since Jenkins migration

      Builds are failing for the Jenkins projects PDFBOX-Trunk and PDFBox-2.0.x

      This happens since the Jenkins migration yesterday.

      The maven pom has this:

      Could you please delete the directory /home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/maven-repositories/1/.cache/maven-download-plugin ? My theory is that maven assumes the file is there, but it isn't.

      Surprisingly, access to the other .cache directory we use (download-maven-plugin) works without any trouble.
