Description

Mailbox download is broken; the From_ line is repeated at the start of each message.

For example:

$ curl -sq 'https://lists.apache.org/api/mbox.lua?list=[e-mail]&date=2018-2' | head -3
From issues-return-101062-archive-asf-public=[e-mail] Thu Feb 1 05:31:05 2018

This does not occur with the current podling code so it must be a problem with the 3rd party installation.
