I have to ask back on the next steps.
1) We are happy with the git version already available for our development sources at
2) We have prepared already the website repro from SVN using the following commands:
git svn clone https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/odf/site
-T trunk -t tags -A authors.txt
using the authors.txt from https://git-wip-us.apache.org/authors.txt
This transformed site repo can be found at: https://github.com/svanteschubert/odftoolkit-site
Shall I still trigger requests for the two repos above?
PS: We discussed what svn2git might mean, but we havn't used nirvdrum/svn2git as it did not seem official. We might avoid this problem in the future, if the tool https://github.com/nirvdrum/svn2git
is being referenced from the official INFRA documentation (see https://www.apache.org/dev/infra-contact#what-we-need-to-know
and look for svn2git)
or even clone the project to a Apache github context so it becomes more official. :)
Thanks in advance for your help!
