Setup Gitbox for the Sling project

    Description

      The Apache Sling project is ready to migrate to Git. We've narrowed down the process, did a dry-run and would like to switch early next week.

      However, the dropdown at https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/newrepo.html lists no PMCs for me, whereas the one at https://reporeq.apache.org/ does.

      I suspect that this is due to needing to ask INFRA, so here goes.
