[INFRA-15200] new git branch not synchronizing to github.com

Description

New branch pushed to apache git repo successfully:
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/kylin.git

But didn't synchronize to github.com mirror after several hours.
https://github.com/apache/kylin

I pushed a new branch called "2.2.x" to apache git around 8pm 2017-09-29. However as just checked, the new branch was not on github mirror. Tried to recreate the branch but no sync happened either.

Please help check. Thanks.
